"Halloween Hallows" is a project that I started 10 years ago for the children of
Kearney and Holt, Missouri. My name is Danny Withee and and there probably isn't anyone
that loves Halloween more than myself. Halloween Hallows is just a way for me to share
my love of the holiday with the youth. The City of Kearney gives me the funds to run it and with
the help of countless volunteers and hours of dedication, we are able to provide it to
the community free of charge. All the money goes into buying handouts and
snacks for the kids and building materials and rental fees for the activities.
