Halloween Hallows 2003 Pictures
By our second year, I guess word had spread. We condensed it down
to one weekend and still had about 285 children come through. Once again
everything was free to the families, and we were even able to give away
pumpkins to the first 200 kids. The big attraction this year was the
pirate ship that we built. It stood over 12' tall (not including the sails)
and was over 20' long and 16' wide. With a plank that the kids
had to walk, landing in an "ocean" of hay

Kevin (aka Capt. Jack Sparrow) and myself were able to construct this ship in a weekend Capt. Jack Sparrow and his motley crew I believe I see them kids acoming Getting ready to walk the plank Before entering my ship you have to have a pirate name
It's not easy being the captain of a ship-wrecked ship The ships exit... not a pretty sight is it? The gatekeeper By the end of the day Snoopy was kissing everyone Have you seen charlie brown?
You wouldn't have believed some of the questions that Lucy was asked Did I just hear the Red Baron? Mom...do I have to be kissed by a dog? "It was a dark and stormy night..." Is that all Rip Van Winkle ever does is sleep?
You wouldn't believe how many kids actually thought he hadn't moved since last year This is much better than that spinach that Popeye makes me eat Have you seen Popeye? The woods are safe with Pocahontas in them Just follow the trail
This picture was taken right after Winnie the Pooh had came out of hibernation Shouldn't he be in a house... with a mouse? Nothing worst then biting into a sour pumpkin seed Ah, finally... the fortune teller gets her well deserved fortune telling tent Nothing better than recycled props
Once again presenting the "Musical Misfits" Can we hear that note in a C-minor? Is this what they mean when they say "lounge lizard"? Elvis couldn't have done it better himself Looking for volunteers
Can you say do-si-do? No "Halloween Hallows" is complete without a hayride The end of the day and the crowd dwindles Seems like we just got here, and now it's time to go
