Halloween Hallows 2005 Pictures
Well, what can I say?
I guess I will let the numbers speak for themselves.
This year we had between 650 to 675 children come through.
They had quite a surprise ahead of them with the "Bone Yard".
It was our newest attraction this year. A 9-hole
miniature golf course that was totally related to skeletons.
As scary as it sounds, they had the time of their life in it.
We also had some new characters in the "Whispering Woods",
and we had some of the old activities as well.
We couldn't have asked for better weather either. It was
close to 80 degrees and a perfect sunny day.

And the preparation starts for the maze The more they got up, the funnier it got to watch them trying to get out Who's stupid idea was it to build a 10' tall shoe anyway?
No minigolf course is complete without a windmill Poor kid... guess I worked his fingers to the bone Hey, look! Triplets
And we're off... The entrance stayed busy all day long Things just got busier from here I really am starting to worry that every year the crowds double Hmm, what lurks behind these castle walls?
Our fearless gatekeeper this year, Lumberjill For the 4th year now, Pooh is still a big hit I'm starting to think that Lucy likes Pooh more than Snoopy After a long nights sleep... The pooch finally awakes
Ok, now I know why Lucy enjoys Poohs company more than Snoopys The "Snow Princess" guards her domain The "Snow Princess" meets the "Butterfly Princess" Now who would possibly want to lock up those cute dalmations? I should have known...it was Cruella DeVille
"Can you help me find some more dalmations?" Doesn't she ever give up? Sinbad sharing his loot The genie awakens to grant some wishes Now this is the team I want on my side
Is that a house up ahead? No... I think it is an... Old woman living in a shoe! And I really don't think she can remember which children are hers and which ones are not Lets see... mine, mine, not mine, mine, not mine, not mine...
Who would have ever thought that we could have built a 10' tall shoe in only 2 days? And finally the finale of the Whispering woods this year was the lumberjack handing out the pumpkins It's all about the kids! And of course, no Halloween Hallows is complete without a moonwalk even if the line was a mile long
And once again... The "Musical Misfits" This time they even brought Elvis back from the dead to perform with them "Note to self"... next year have 2 sand art tables One of our fearless Park Board members helping serve up buttons for the kids to wear And last but not least... "The Bone Yard"!
Part of the skeleton crew in full force They always seem to be smiling at the beginning... little do they know If you build it they will come... And come... And come
Now that's what you call a "dead-beat dad" Ummm... can I have a hand here please? Nine holes included a windmill, screaming tombstone, and a dancing skeleton just to name a few I've seen my dad play before... all you have to do is, walk up, drop the ball in and mark par on the score card Finally, the crowd starts to dwindle
The scariest creatures of "Halloween Hallows" always seem to be the ones driving the haywagons
